The upcoming FOR YOU College by Social Moms is all about mental care – how can I strengthen my body and mind?
After this exhausting exceptional year, we are all longing for positive news, for the return to normality, but also for new impulses and a new start for 2021.
But how can we, in particularly challenging times, not only function and try to live up to everything, but also think of ourselves?
Because that’s what “mental health” means: starting with ourselves. Only when we take care of our well-being do we have the power to overcome problems, be productive and be there for others.

The two speakers Katja Ohly-Nauber (laufmamalauf.de) and Lena Wittneben will take you by the hand with their expertise on the exciting topic of “mental care” and show you with practical tips how much easier it is to cope with your everyday life when body and mind are strengthened and in harmony.
