- 750g sweet potato
- 1 clove of garlic
- 2 leeks
- 500 g Zanderfilet
- Jodsalz

- 750 ml vegetable stock

- Wash, peel and cut the sweet potato into pieces. Peel and chop the garlic. Clean and wash the leek and cut into rings. Rinse the fish in cold water, pat dry with kitchen paper, cut into cubes. Season with salt and pepper.
