Fast strawberry cheesecake in a glass
Strawberries are not only healthy, rich in vitamins and low in calories, but also very tasty. They taste particularly good in our strawberry cheesecake in a glass, which can be prepared quickly and easily. Our tip: It tastes particularly good slightly chilled.

- 80 g ladyfingers
- 300 grams of strawberries
- 40 grams of sugar
- Juice and grated zest of 1⁄2 organic lemon
- 150 grams of cream
- 200 g cream cheese, plain
- 1 Msp. ground bourbon vanilla
- 30 g Raspelschokolade, zartbitter
- Mint for garnish
preparation
- Crumble the ladyfingers and spread on the bottoms of 4 dessert glasses. Rinse the strawberries, clean, dab dry and halve or quarter about 100 g strawberries for topping. Mash the rest finely or in small pieces and mix with 1 tbsp sugar and 1 tbsp lemon juice (alternatively: puree with a hand blender).
- For the cream, whip the cream with the cream cheese, remaining lemon juice, zest, remaining sugar and vanilla until creamy. Put on the crumbs and cover with the strawberry pulp. Garnish with the strawberry pieces, chocolate and mint.
