Preparation:
  1. Fill two tablespoons of rolled oats in half a cup of buttermilk and let the porridge swell briefly.
  2. Then apply this evenly to the face and neck and wash it off after about 30 minutes with cool buttermilk. You can dab off the rest and then let the skin dry.
