Our bodies need balanced meals and at least 1500 calories a day to function well and get all of the essential nutrients. That is why we have based our recipes in the Diet Coach on this reduced amount of calories. Spread the amount of energy over breakfast (350 kcal), lunch and dinner (450 kcal each) and a maximum of one afternoon snack (250 kcal).

Varied dishes
A list of favorite dishes simplifies the selection. And if you vary, stay tuned and don’t get bored while eating. Our recipes are calculated for 2 people or 2 servings.

Eat in moderation Eat
regularly and with rest. In this way, you notice when you are full and prevent cravings because the blood sugar level remains within the normal range.

You don’t have to be active in
competitive sports, but regular exercise lowers the stress level, mobilizes the metabolism and builds muscles.
