These top spa helpers also support detoxification in between. And they don’t cost much.

You don’t necessarily have to look far for effective detox remedies. Many grow in the meadow next door, such as mugwort. Or they can be found in the kitchen, in the supermarket or health food store. You even get one of the most important detoxifiers for free: exercise. The best thing to do is go for a brisk walk or bike ride for half an hour four times a week.

Small helpers, big effect

1. Chlorella algae
In micronized form, they not only bind heavy metals, but also all chemical toxins and mycotoxins (decomposition toxins from moulds). If the plant-like creatures are removed from the fresh water according to the method of Dr. Ray (see interview on page 20) is micronized, their binding forces increase by a factor of 50 due to the associated increase in their surface area.

2. Healing Earth
The powder from natural, ice-age loess deposits works better the finer-grained it is. Healing earth binds toxins and harmful metabolites from intestinal bacteria and buffers acids.
Bitter substances and mustard oil glycosides:

  1. They stuck z. B. in rocket, dandelion or mugwort and not only make metabolic waste harmless, but also ensure that the absorbed dietary fats do not end up in the hip depot, but are burned optimally.
  1. Chicory
    It relieves the strained liver with potassium, phosphorus, vitamins C, B1 and B2, has a draining effect and accelerates the transport of food through the intestines.
  2. Turmeric
    The medicinal spice contains effective anti-inflammatory components and stimulates the gallbladder and liver.
  3. Zucchini
    Their high content ofTolfioow substances, e.g. B. vitamin C, A and iron, increases the metabolic activity enormously (similar effect: tomatoes).
  4. Thalasso full bath
    At temperatures of around 37 degrees, therapeutic baths help flush toxins out of the body. In order not to strain the organism, they should last no more than 20 minutes. Example of a draining bath: Mix 500 g of mustard flour in 2 l of cold water and mix into the full bath.
  5. Milk thistle
    ingredients such as silymarin help the liver cells to recover faster and support detoxification (e.g. “Silymarin”, pharmacy).
  6. Sea salt
    Low-sodium sea salt, such as Himalayan salt, unfolds its detox effect, especially in a full bath. Recipe: Dissolve 500 g of sea salt in hot water, pour the brew into the warm bath water.
  7. Artichokes
