1. Spelled Khir – metabolism turbo

  • 1 tsp linseed oil, 3 tbsp spelled flakes, 200 ml water, 1 tsp chopped almond kernels, 1 tsp forest honey, 1 pinch sea salt, 1 pinch ground cardamom
  • Heat linseed oil, lightly toast the spelled flakes for 5 minutes. Add water, cook over medium heat for 10 to 15 minutes. Stir in the almonds and honey, season with salt and cardamom.

2. Cinnamon Rice with Barley – Cleansing whole grain

  • 150 g wholegrain basmati rice, 20 g pearl barley (whole barley), 1/2 tbsp olive oil, 150 ml water, 1 cardamom pod, 1/2 cinnamon stick, 1 pinch of salt
  • Wash the rice and pearl barley, soak in a little water for 30 minutes, drain. Heat oil in a saucepan, sauté rice and pearl barley until translucent, 1 minute, stirring frequently. Top up with the water. Slit open the cardamom pod, crush the seeds inside, add to the grain with the cinnamon stick. Cover and simmer over medium heat until rice and pearl barley have absorbed all of the liquid, about 35 minutes. Remove cinnamon stick. Season with salt.

3. Light fruit salad – vitamin boost

  • 150g ripe nectarines, 150g ripe cantaloupe melon, 1 medium pear, 5 pecan nuts, 1 banana, 1 pinch cinnamon, 2 tbsp apple juice
  • Stone or core the fruit, then chop, cut the pecans into thin slices. Mash the banana with a fork, mix with the cinnamon and apple juice and pour over the fruit.

4. Steamed Apple Rings with Flakes – acid-base balance

  • 1 tart apple, 1/2 tsp lemon juice, 150 ml water, 1 pinch each of turmeric, clove powder and cinnamon, 1 tbsp roasted rye flakes, 1 tbsp concentrated pear juice
  • Peel and core the apple, cut into slices and sprinkle with lemon juice. Boil water with spices and flakes for 5 minutes. Add apple slices and cover and leave to simmer for 10 minutes over low heat. Pour into a bowl and sweeten with concentrated pear juice.

5. Millet Muesli – Healthy Nutrients

  • 1 l water, 2 tbsp millet, 1 tsp wild honey, 1 tbsp roughly chopped walnuts, 2 dried dates, chopped into small pieces, 1 tsp linseed oil, 1/2 grapefruit divided into wedges, 2 tbsp spelled cornflakes, 3 mint leaves, 1 pinch cinnamon
  • Bring the water to the boil, add the millet, cover and cook for 5 minutes. Switch off the stove, let the millet swell for about 10 minutes. Place in a small bowl, mix with honey and cinnamon, allow to cool. Roast the walnuts and dates in linseed oil and pour over the muesli. Scatter grapefruit wedges and cornflakes on top. Sprinkle chopped mint on top.

1.Sea Bream Rice Dish – Omega 3 supplier

  • 1 tbsp white sesame, 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1/2 tbsp rice wine, 150 g sea bream fillet, 50 g freshly cooked rice, 2 sheets of pressed seaweed, 1/2 tsp mustard, 100 ml green tea
  • Rinse the white sesame in a sieve, toast in a pan, grind. Add soy sauce and rice wine and stir. Lightly fry the washed and dried fish in it, then cut into fine strips. Pour the cooked, still warm rice into a bowl, place the fish on top and pour the sauce over it. Spread the seaweed with mustard and add to the rice dish with the hot tea. Cover and let steep for about 3 minutes.

2. Broccoli Chickpea Gratin- Digestive Assistant

  • 50 g chickpeas, salt, 250 g broccoli florets, 2 tsp olive oil, 1 tbsp spelled flour, 75 ml soy milk, 1/4 tsp ground cumin, 1/4 tsp mango powder, 1/2 tsp finely chopped fresh ginger, 1 pinch nutmeg , 1 teaspoon chopped almonds
  • Wash the chickpeas and soak them in 1/2 l of lukewarm water overnight. pour off the water. Cook the chickpeas in 250 ml fresh water for about 30 minutes, drain off the water. Bring 1 l water to the boil, salt and blanch the broccoli florets for 3 minutes until al dente, remove, rinse in cold water. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees circulating air. Heat the olive oil in a small saucepan, add the spelled flour and sweat over a medium heat for 2 to 3 minutes. Slowly add the soy milk with the spices while stirring. Mix the broccoli and chickpeas, place in a casserole dish, spread the sauce over it and bake for 10 minutes. After 7 minutes sprinkle chopped almonds on top. Bake the casserole until the almonds are golden brown.

3. Bean Pepper Subzi – Cell Strength

  • 75 g green beans, 1 yellow pepper, 1 spring onion, 5 cocktail tomatoes, 1 tsp sesame oil, 1/2 tsp freshly chopped savory, 3 tbsp water, 1/2 tsp freshly grated ginger, 1/2 tsp tridosha curry, 1 tbsp sesame powder , Salt
  • Wash and trim the vegetables and cut into 1 to 2 cm pieces. Cut the spring onion into fine strips. Halve the cocktail tomatoes. Heat sesame oil in a pan and sauté the spring onions over medium-high heat for 2 to 4 minutes. Add the beans, savory and the water and cook covered for 5 minutes. Add the tomatoes, peppers, ginger and curry and sauté over high heat for a further 3 minutes. Add sesame powder and season with salt. Serve with basmati rice.

  • 1/2 celeriac, 1 pinch turmeric, salt, 2 tbsp chickpea flour, 1 tsp tridosha curry, 1/2 tsp tandoori masala, 1/2 tsp mango powder, 1 tsp semolina, 3 tbsp water, 1 tbsp sesame
  • Peel the celery and cut into 4 finger-thick slices. Cook al dente in 1/2 l water with turmeric and salt, rinse and drain. Make a thin dough from chickpea flour, spices, salt, semolina and water. Pre heat the oven to 180 degrees celcius. Toss the celery slices in the batter and place on a greased tray. Sprinkle celery with sesame seeds, bake for 20 minutes.

5. Chicken Radish Soup – Metabolism Burner

  • 200 g chicken breast, 1 medium-sized leek, 250 g radish, 1 large piece of ginger root, 1 clove of garlic, 3 shiitake mushrooms, 150 ml chicken stock, 1 tbsp sesame oil, vinegar, salt
  • Wash the chicken breast, put in a saucepan. Wash the leek, cut into slices. Peel and dice the radish and ginger. Peel and crush the garlic. Clean and slice mushrooms. Add everything to the chicken breast, cover with chicken stock, cover and simmer. Take out the cooked meat, cut into slices and put back into the pot. Season with sesame oil, vinegar and salt.

  • Boil potatoes with their skins on, peel and cut into slices. Wash, blanch, skin and remove the seeds from the tomatoes. Dice tomato flesh. Peel and dice the cucumber. Wash muerr mushrooms and cut into strips. Put everything in a bowl together with the leek and ginger. Mix the sesame oil, sesame paste, vinegar and salt and pour over the salad, mix well. Leave for approx. 1 hour.

2. Eggplant in Coconut Milk – Blood Cleanser

  • 1 eggplant, salt, 1/2 onion, 1 clove of garlic, 1 tsp turmeric, 2 tbsp sunflower oil, 1 tsp freshly chopped ginger root, 200ml coconut milk, juice of 1/2 lemon, 1 tsp chopped coriander
  • Wash the aubergine, cut into 5 mm thick slices and rub with a little salt. Peel the onion and garlic, chop both finely. Pat the aubergine slices dry and rub with turmeric. Heat oil in pan over medium heat. Lightly sear the eggplant on both sides (do not brown!). Take the Aubergine out of the pan, place on kitchen paper and dab off the oil. Lightly brown the onion and garlic in the pan, add the ginger, coconut milk and lemon juice. Heat to boiling point (do not boil!), stir. Place the aubergine slices in the sauce. Let everything thicken carefully over low heat, stir in fresh coriander.
