Breakfast with detox
1. Spelled Khir – metabolism turbo
- 1 tsp linseed oil, 3 tbsp spelled flakes, 200 ml water, 1 tsp chopped almond kernels, 1 tsp forest honey, 1 pinch sea salt, 1 pinch ground cardamom
- Heat linseed oil, lightly toast the spelled flakes for 5 minutes. Add water, cook over medium heat for 10 to 15 minutes. Stir in the almonds and honey, season with salt and cardamom.
