Ingredients for 2 people:
- 400 g vine tomatoes
- 1 red chili pepper
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 shallot
- 1/2 bunch marjoram
- 100 g green olives (pitted)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 THE Tomatenmark
- Salt pepper
- 150 g Rigatoni
- 30 g Parmesan
Preparation:
1. Wash tomatoes, cut into pieces. Deseed the chili, cut into slices. Peel and dice the garlic and shallot. Wash the marjoram and pluck off the leaves. Cut the olives into small pieces.
2. Heat olive oil in a saucepan, sauté garlic, chili and shallot. Add tomato paste and sauté briefly. Add olives, tomatoes and 100 ml water. Bring to a boil. Cook everything for about 10 minutes. Spice up.
3. Cook rigatoni in salted water for about 12 minutes until al dente. Coarsely grate the Parmesan. Add the marjoram to the tomatoes and cook for a few minutes. Mix the rigatoni with the tomatoes. Sprinkle with parmesan and serve immediately.
