- 1 whole grain roll
- some pesto
- 1/2 Tomato
- 1 Mozzarella
- some salt, pepper and basil
preparation
- Bake a wholemeal roll or buy a fresh one from the bakery. Don’t cut it all the way to the edge. Then spread it with some pesto.
- Cut the tomato and mozzarella into thin strips and place them on your bun.
- Add some salt, pepper and basil on top. This quick and delicious lunch is ready.
