Mango pudding recipe
Ingredients:
- 2 ripe mangoes
- 1 Banana
- 35 grams of almonds
- 3 dried dates, pitted
- 1/2 TL Vanilleextrakt
- 3 THE Corinthian
- 1 EL Kokosraspel
- 1/8 TL Zimtpulver
Preparation:
1. Peel the mangoes, cut the flesh from the stone and dice. peel banana
2. Crush the almonds in the turbo blender. Add the diced mango, banana, dates and vanilla extract and puree everything into a creamy mass.
3. Pour the cream into bowls. Sprinkle with currants, grated coconut and cinnamon. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
