  • 100 g Butter
  • 150 g spelled flour
  • 1 tablespoon cane sugar
  • 100 ml sour cream
  • 40 g powdered sugar
  • 1/2 Citron (Bio)
  • 40 g Coconut flock

preparation

  1. Grate lemon zest for 1 tsp lemon zest. Then squeeze the juice from the lemon.
  2. Form the lemon zest, flour, sugar, butter and sour cream into a dough using a dough hook. Chill the dough in the fridge for about an hour.
  3. Roll out the dough on a floured work surface and cut out with bunny cutters (or cutters of your choice). Then bake for 15 minutes at 180°. Let cool down.
  4. For the glaze, mix the powdered sugar with the lemon juice.
  5. Brush the cooled biscuits with glaze and top with coconut flakes. Finished!
