  • 500 g organic salmon
  • 30 g fresh horseradish
  • 1/2 bunch of dill
  • 1/2 unwaxed lemon

  2. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees (convection: 160 / gas: level 3). Season salmon. Spread the potatoes and zucchini on 8 pieces of parchment. Spice up. Drizzle with oil and lemon. put fish on it. Sprinkle with horseradish and dill. Twist the ends of the packet together. Bake in the oven for about 20 minutes.
