- 300 g Zucchini
- 500 g organic salmon
- 30 g fresh horseradish
- 1/2 bunch of dill
- 1/2 unwaxed lemon

preparation
- Peel and wash the potatoes. Wash zucchini, cut in half lengthways. Cut both into thin strips. Rinse the fish, pat dry and cut into pieces. Peel and finely grate the horseradish. Wash dill, shake dry and pluck finely. Squeeze lemon.
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees (convection: 160 / gas: level 3). Season salmon. Spread the potatoes and zucchini on 8 pieces of parchment. Spice up. Drizzle with oil and lemon. put fish on it. Sprinkle with horseradish and dill. Twist the ends of the packet together. Bake in the oven for about 20 minutes.
