Preparation:

  1. Grate and chop an apple and a piece of ginger.
  2. Heat the oil in a saucepan along with the ginger, apple and cinnamon and let it simmer on a low flame for half an hour.
  3. Then pour the ingredients through a fine sieve and let it drain well.
  4. Put the apple-cinnamon-ginger oil, Tegomuls and wax in a glass, heat it up in a water bath and then wait until the mixture has melted.
  5. Then you heat the still mineral water in another water bath and pour the liquid into the oil-wax mixture.
  6. Stir until a smooth mass is formed. The process can take a few minutes.
  7. Allow the cream to cool and then pour it into a jar.
  8. Store the cream in the fridge.

Foot bath with cinnamon
