Cauliflower brownies recipe
A tray full of brownies takes about 15 minutes to prep and about 45 minutes to cook.
Ingredients:
- 120 ml almond milk
- 125 g Butter
- 3 Eggs
- 60 grams of cream cheese
- 65 g coconut flour
- 120 g ground almonds
- 50 g Backkakao
- 60 g dark chocolate (90% cocoa)
- 1 small cauliflower
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 3 TL Stevia
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 pinch of salt
Preparation:
First of all, preheat the oven to 190°C and grease the baking tin. Then divide the cauliflower into small florets, clean and chop into fine crumbs. Now add almond milk and chop the cauliflower until no more pieces can be seen. Then pour the cauliflower mixture into a bowl and set it aside.
Put the butter, chocolate and cream cheese in a bowl and heat in the microwave for 1 1/2 minutes (until melted). Then mix the mixture into the cauliflower, add stevia and eggs and mix everything together.
To make the batter, mix the ground almonds, cinnamon, salt, coconut flour, baking powder, and baking cocoa with the cauliflower mass. Finally, pour the batter into the baking pan and place in the oven for 40-45 minutes.
Let the brownies cool down and carefully remove them from the baking pan. Finished!
