  • 300g green beans
  • salt
  • 1/2 cucumber
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 2 red onions
  • 4 stalks of savory
  • 300g lean, cooked beef
  • 3 tablespoons dark balsamic vinegar

  • 3 tbsp olive oil

preparation

  1. Cook the beans in boiling salted water for about 10 minutes until al dente. Drain in a colander, cool and drain well.
