Beef salad with green beans, cucumber and tomato

- 300g green beans
- salt
- 1/2 cucumber
- 3 tomatoes
- 2 red onions
- 4 stalks of savory
- 300g lean, cooked beef
- 3 tablespoons dark balsamic vinegar
- Pfeffer
- 3 tbsp olive oil
preparation
- Cook the beans in boiling salted water for about 10 minutes until al dente. Drain in a colander, cool and drain well.
- Halve the cucumber lengthways, deseed and cut into slices approx. 0.5 cm thick. Wash the tomatoes and cut into eighths, cut the onions into rings. Pluck the leaves from the savory. Cut the beef into bite-sized thin slices.
- Mix vinegar with salt, pepper and olive oil. Mix the beans, cucumber, tomato, onion and meat well with the salad marinade. Tip: Prepare the marinade the day before. Then it tastes more intense.
- Mix in the savory and serve the salad.
